We are proud to introduce Waka, officially Waka Go You Djenima, to our Weshiba breeding program, known to us affectionately as Aki. We imported this exceptional boy from Ukraine in 2021, and he has quickly become a cornerstone of our efforts to combine excellent conformation with a distinguished temperament. Aki is a stunning example of the breed, showcasing the sought-after sesame coat color (a base red with black tipping) that is perfectly complemented by a wonderful, calm, and loving nature. Coming from a very prestigious bloodline, Aki embodies the noble character and impressive build expected of an international export. He is an exceptionally gentle guy, whose calm demeanor and intelligence make him a valuable addition to our family and our kennel. We are excited about the contribution his gentle disposition and strong genetics will make to future generations.

Chiko is the newest addition to our family and a real bundle of energy. She is a stunning Sesame female with high-quality ancestry and is fully CKC registered. She carries the Black & Tan gene, holding great promise for the future of our breeding program. Currently, she is busy enjoying her youth and focusing on her training, but we look forward to the exceptional puppies she will eventually bring to WeShiba.

Kona is a beautiful female, born in our Weshiba Kennel in August 2021, and she officially rejoined our program in the summer of 2023. She is an exceptionally loving dog, but she also possesses a strong, independent spirit and often prefers to take things at her own pace. This combination of affection and self-reliance makes her a unique and intriguing member of our pack. Kona exhibits a very strongly pronounced hunting instinct, a trait she shares with many Shibas, which shows in her focused curiosity outdoors. As a mother, she is very caring and dedicated, reliably bringing us healthy litters. We are particularly proud that Kona occasionally produces sesame-imprinted puppies, contributing this highly valued color gene to future generations. Her strong genetics and loving yet independent temperament are vital assets to the Weshiba program.

Suki is one of our valued females, born right here at the Weshiba Kennel on December 28, 2019. She is known for her very loving nature and her playful, charming character—the silly one in our group, who is genuinely delighted by everyone who says "Hi" to her. Suki wears that characteristic Shiba smile all the time and is known for her amusing antics. As a breeding female, she has proven to be a very good mother and has blessed us with very beautiful puppies who inherit her balance and friendly disposition. Suki truly enjoys exploring our large yard, always eager to discover new things. Her intelligence and zest for life make her an indispensable and beloved member of our kennel.

Yoki is our second oldest female, born on September 24, 2020. She embodies a fascinating mix of serenity and strength: she possesses a very calm temperament, yet she has a clear desire to be the boss in the pack, maintaining a gentle but firm leadership. Yoki is known for being incredibly loving and seeks attention, often surprising us by sitting down during her daily walks just to demand a good cuddle and petting session. As a mother, she is exceptionally caring and protective. She has given us some of our largest litters to date, proving her stamina and ability to raise all her puppies healthy and strong. Yoki also holds a special place in our breeding program for occasionally surprising us with beautiful Black & Tan puppies. True to her breed, Yoki has a classic hunting instinct, which translates into a curious joy for chasing things in the wild. She is a true nature lover, enjoying running everywhere outdoors and never minds coming back very dirty. Her sociable nature means she loves playing with the other dogs and remains very curious about the world around her.
